Modern Brokerage is owned and operated by Jason Dolph, CCIM, AARE, a Certified Personal Property Appraiser with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) and a third-generation real estate broker and auctioneer. Since 2003, Jason has provided personal property appraisal, real estate brokerage, and auction services for clients throughout the country. His more than 20 years of professional experience includes real estate and auction transactions totaling in excess of $150 million, along with the completion of hundreds of personal property appraisal assignments.
